Refund Policy

Every paid product on this site carries a 7-day refund. If the material is not useful to you, ask and we will refund it.

What is covered

• 3-Month Access Pass and Lifetime All-Inclusive Pass — full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• FE Civil Mock Exam Pack ($29) — full refund within 7 days of purchase, even though it is an instant download.
• Free tier — nothing to refund; it costs nothing.

How to ask

Email feexamlab@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, within 7 days, and say which product you bought. You do not have to give a reason. We aim to reply within two business days and to issue the refund within five.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe or Gumroad. Your bank usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to post it. Your access ends when the refund is issued.

After 14 days

After 14 days we do not refund as a matter of course, but write to us anyway if something has gone wrong — for example if the service was unavailable for a long period during your access, or you were charged twice. We put genuine errors right.

If we permanently withdraw a paid service during a period you have paid for, we refund the unused part whether or not 14 days have passed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A refund request is faster, and we would rather fix the problem.
